Have a Healthy Body, Eat Right and Live Longer

It’s near impossible to consume the necessary daily quantities of necessary vitamins, minerals and that our bodies require for optimum performance in any given day. Optimal performance means waking up in the morning fuelled with ample energy to undertake daily with clear thoughts for handling our challenges effectively. A strong musculoskeletal system for good posture and circulation, in addition to a clear communication system between the body and the brain.

We would need boxes of fresh vegetables and fruit picked fresh from our own backyard gardens on a daily basis. We would have needed to begin this diet program when we were really young to prevent any free radical damage that occurs over time as we’re exposed to the components of too much smog, too much smoke, too much compound from cleansers, air fresheners, second-hand smoke, dirty engines, paints, solvents, nail polish, preservatives, and the list can go on.

Since the body is exposed, the harm starts and typically the problem begins very little within the body and then by the time we see or feel the symptoms, the problem has increased to a stage that the body itself can’t heal by itself and needs support for the recovery system to work and repair the harm. The human body is an awesome biological operating system.

It will continue to serve to the best of its ability, taking all of the tools which it requires from anywhere in the body and this leads to system issues and difficulty targeting the cause, because ultimately if we don’t give our body the tools it needs to function in its perfect form, it will eventually start to break the cells in the human body are constantly regenerating or degenerating.

It’s very important that we give our body the nutrition it needs, not just for maintaining a healthy body but also for the development and growth of healthy new cells. The cells are the building blocks for the entire body. Healthy cells make healthy organs from that we get healthy systems and finally a whole healthy body.

We won’t have a healthy body with no healthy cells and we won’t get healthy cells unless we’re feeding our body with healthy food. Not food that’s too sweet, or too salty, or too greasy, or overly patsy, or too large. Food is just one of the elements of fuel where the body receives the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients it requires for life, for healing, for growth, and for security.

Lots of people grew up believing that when it came from a box a bag or a can, they were getting the good stuff. .aarrggghhh typically, if it’s processed, there’s not much if anything left inside to your biological system’s needs. It’s filler and more frequently than not, not only do we not get any nutritional value from it but it does give the body more foreign material to manage,

(hmm there seems to be no use for this, let’s keep it…) and much more stress on the system. Years and years ago, it was commonplace for people to cultivate their own food, fruits, and vegetables in a garden and purchase meat from the local butcher. At this time people are still working for their meals.

As time continues, people are searching for shortcuts and quick foods because there’s absolutely not any opportunity to prepare and with little, if any education with respect to the connection between nutrition and the human body, they end up feeding it stuff which has little or no nutritional content. After living most of, or even a portion of a life with no nutritional support, the body systems don’t cure and the results are apparent everywhere around us.

We now have an aging population with more than a few health issues and they’re expecting the physicians and health care people to repair the sickness that’s been brought on by an ongoing nutritional deficit from the diet. If we want our body to operate optimally, it’s our obligation to understand how it works and take good care of it to the best of our ability. With the knowledge that our bodies have specific nutritional requirements and the ability to investigate and make sure that we’re taking good care of what’s most important first- CELL FOOD- Healthy cells make healthy organs make healthy cells make healthy body that is amazing, we can live a long active life experience rather than one that’s stricken with illness.
